Bolos Kitchen & Burger Bar (Known simply as Bolos), started out as a bowling alley for the Knights of Columbus in Brunswick, Maine. The establishment was purchased in 2019 by Michael Jerome and Joseph O’Neil (Soon afterwards, Jerome bought O’Neils stake in the business) and the name changed to Bolos Kitchen, Cantina & Candlepin, serving Tex-Mex style cuisines featuring candlepin bowling.[1]
In 2022 The name was once again changed to its current name, Bolos Kitchen & Burger Bar. The bowling lanes were removed making room for a live stage. The inside of the restaurant was re-designed with an open concept for event parties and the lawn game cornhole. The menu was also changed to reflect a more american cuisine.[2]
